Will a c-6 bolt up to a 7.3 diesel. Will it work, how about the torque converter?
I have a 1992 f-250 ext. cab, 2wd,7.3 liter diesel. The 4 spd. Electronic o.d. transmission is no good. Will a c-6 trans bolt up to the motor? Will it work? Are the Torque converters the same? I realize I may have to move trans support, lengthen drive line, etc. Can you help me find some answers?
