My 6 1/2 year old cat doodle has been very healthy -- until we moved.
My 6 1/2 year old cat doodle has been very healthy -- until we moved. Since then she has lost her balance and had two seizures. Vet says she suddenly developed epilepsy. I'm not buying it. Did all the blood tests, which came back negative. Say there is nothing wrong with her. She was fine, and suddenly she just stumbles all over the place. I am thinking something in the new place must be poisoning her. She hasn't been outside since we moved. Could it be the new carpets? Does anyone have any ideas? Please help. Thank you.

Years ago I had a dog that started losing his balance, he couldn't walk straight and his head was bent sideways. His pupils would spin around, the vet said he had an inner ear infection. He gave him antibiotics and he recoverd, except his head was always a little tilted after that.

Has the vet checked your cats ears?

I hope she gets better soon.
