Am I a nonresident of MA
I am a first year student on a F1 visa in Boston. I entered the US (and MA) in September 2009 and lived off-campus in a leased apartment. Am I a part-year resident for the year 2009 or a non-resident ? [I've only spent 130 days in MA in the year 2009]
