My Kenmore model no. 1102889270 is spinning off balance. I need to check the following: 1. A suspension spring is broken/detached.
2. the suspension pads are worn.
3. the suspension plate is twisted. (so there is nothing for the suspension pads to rub against.)
4. The plastic part of the tub that the metal brackets screw into is snapped.
5. the metal brackets are loose, or have come off the plastic part of the tub. (there should be one or two small screws on each bracket that hold the metal bracket to the plastic part of the tub. Tighen all of these and check the spin.)
6. The washer is not level. (the rear legs may be stuck, tilt the washer forward and let it fall back down on the rear legs.)
How do I remove the back panel or what is the best way to access this area?
