    Hampton Bay ceiling fan remote control will only run on low setting
    There's a med and high setting that will no longer run. The light does work though. We changed the battery so we know that's not it. Do you think we wore out the 2 settings (we live in FL and really need the higher settings)? Should we just order a new one? Thank you for your assistance!

    Does the fan also have pull chains?

    What happens when you push the medium and high buttons? Does the remote LED still light? Does the fan do anything at all?
