    Exspongement
    I have a welfare fraud charge working while receiving money and food stamps and assullt with a deadly weapon, simple assult, burglary 2 ,they have been no papperd can and it happen back in 1997 and 1987 can I get these chrges sealed

    Hello D:

    If you have ONE felony, you probably can get it expunged. But, if you have more than one, and it looks like you do, you'll have a much harder time getting them off your record. However, you should visit with a criminal attorney, and he can tell you better.
