    Travel US from Canada with US L1 visa
    I am an Indian citizen working in Canada on a work permit. I would like to visit US and already hold a valid L1 visa. Can I travel US using this L1 visa?

    Are you employed by the L-1 petitioner and working in the US as an L-1 and temporarily assigned to Canada?

    Yes am employed by the L1 petitoner and was working in US in june-july and then came to Canada on a WP in October

    As long as you have a position in the US, your L is still valid. Did you remain on the US payroll while in Canada? This will help on entry back to the US.
