    How to stop a writ of execution
    I was represented by a lawyer that did not do his job right. Now he wants more money and has gotten a writ of execution on my vechile. What can I do to protect myself? I do not make enough money to even pay my bills. He knew that when he doubled the amount of money he wanted.

    If there is legal malpractice involved, report him to the Bar Association.

    How did he get a writ of execution on your vehicle? The time to address this situation was when you were served with those papers.
