    Unit tripping breaker and not cooling
    The outside unit ran for short while, but it did not cool the inside... then it kicked the 60 amp breaker... now when you reset the breaker it will kick off right away... any and all help greatly appreciated

    You have a dead short. Usually this is a indication of a possible shorted to ground compressor or other device in the 240 volt circuit.
