    When I am trying to open my HP v 125 w Usb device there is a messge coming Please ins
    Sir
    Last day I format my HP v 125 w Usb flash drive with a formatting software. After that I tried to open the same there is a message coming " Please insert a disk in to driver H" I tried it with another PC but the result was same. How can I solve this

    Either the format tool formatted it in such a way that the filesystem cannot be read (IE HFS or something) or the volume became corrupted during the format or sometime since. It wouldn't hurt to format it in windows, and if you need file recovery, then there are tons of free tools out there that may help you. Furthermore if this keeps happening, then your disk is probably worn out, I keep using them, but only for non-essential data, you could loose it at any time.
