My 2 month old Yorkshire terrier puppy has been peeing in his sleep, in his own bed and once in the car. Is this normal? Everything else about him is normal.

It could just be puppy incontinence, not uncommon in small breeds.

Some times they just grow out of it, other times it lingers on.

Get him checked out by a vet to rule out urinary infections.

I have a female here who has permanent incontinence, it's manageable with medication. Her mother, only had puppy incontinence and was completely dry by 6 months of age.

Thank you! If he seemed unwell in any other way I would take to the vet but he seems fine, just the occasional bed wetting like a human child I guess!

When he gets his next round of puppy vaccines, you can ask his vet about it.
