AC Blower will not turn off

I have a Trane Model 7WE042C14FB1, the blower was working fine, but was not pushing enough air, I removed the blower in order to clean it, when I installed the blower back, the blower will not shut off. It only turns off when I flip the fuse in the main breaker panel. Can someone point me in the right direction.
