We have 7 ford trucks 1 97 f-350 with the 7.3, 3 2000 f-350's with the 7.3, 1 2006 f-550 with the 6.0, and 2 2007 f-550's with the 6.0. the 7.s is a great motor, we have had great luck with them. The 6.0 on the other hand is a different story. These trucks are the most unreliable trucks I have ever seen. These trucks are serviced regularly and taken great care of yet can't make a successful trip. Between two trucks we have replaced 14 injectors, numerous egr's and a few turbos. The other one has already had a new motor and the warenty extended to 200,000 miles. They won't do anything for us on the other two. Ford already had to buy on 05 f-550 back from us because there specalist couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. The last of many dealership visits we had three injectors bad at the tune of $1600. Where done paying for there problems.
