    Can employer Cancel 1099-Misc/ W-2
    Hi,

    Just curious about whether Employer can cancel 1099 Misc , or W-2 form after issuing. If yes, then what is the time.

    If they have made the payment, they can not cancel it.
    It there is a mistake, they can issue amended Form.
