    Help, please
I'm 12 years old and turn 13 in march, every time I look at the scale I get depressed. I'm 5 feet. And 6 inches. I have big thighs, a big butt, I personaly think a big stomach but friends say I don't. My weight varies between 100 and 105. I'm the type of girl that all the guys look at. Should a lose weight or gain more muscle?

You are perfect right now. My daughter just turned 13 and went through the same feelings you are going through.

You are pretty tall, I bet you are the tallest in your class aren't you?

You may think your thighs are big, but let me share a secret with you. When you are looking down at your thighs it makes them look bigger than they really are. For your weight your thighs and butt may seem big to you, but that is most likely nothing but muscle.

You definitely should NOT lose weight, you are pretty small to begin with. What you should do is keep on doing exactly what you are doing. You sound perfectly healthy to me!!

AT 5'6" 105 pounds is very thin. I would not lose weight at all.

Doesn't sound like anythings too big to me:)
Your height and weight sound just fine for going on 13.
Don't try changing a thing and enjoy being young!!

You are the right weight. Besides, it's what's on the inside that counts.
