I am on a h1 visa since Oct 2008 from india

I am filing Tax ID number for my Spouse. She is on H4 visa and just got it.

On the W7 form which option applies and should I check ( It seems many options apply- Am I suppose to choose one or all that applies)

c>>U.S. resident alien (based on days present in the United States) filing a U.S. tax return

g>>Name of college/university or company (see instructions)
City and state Length of stay
h>>Dependent/spouse of a nonresident alien holding a U.S. visa


A to H? Can somebody throw the best answer I need to check?

I am sure you have already filed the Form W-7, but, for the record, your selection should have be "e. Spouse of U.S. citizen/resident alien"
