I can't tun off my computer
I just sometimes can't turn off computer. It turns off usually, but sometimes just restart. It is no difference, by pressing the power key or turning off normally, I can't shut it down. Can someone please help me!

Chester: What do you mean exactly? When you hit the Start button at the bottom left of your screen do you see the option to "Shut Down" or "Turn Off"? When you click that and then select Turn Off or Shut Down what happens? All this is assuming you are running Windows XP, if not what OS are you running? More information would be nice.

Bluerose: Do you mean the power button on the case of your computer? Or do you mean in Windows the green button that says "Start"? If you mean the button on the case that you press to turn on the computer then I would say that you most likely have a loose wire. If you feel comfirtable opening up the case then look at that area of the case and see if anything is loose. If not then take it to a computer repair shop and have them do it. You should have a teenager in your family that can do it for free though.
