    The officer stopped & arrested me on 40th street(ticket wrong stop &arrest locaton)
    The officer stopped me for speeding and I passed 2 portable breath tests and the roadside sobriety test... but still arrested me (says he believes I had alcohol in my system).Was taken to the jail where I passed another breath test with the large machine(results even lower than previous tests)
    The officer stopped me and arrested me on 40th street, but the ticket shows he stopped and arrested me at (Hilton Blvd)the place where he says he first clocked me with his "moving radar.
    How can I beat this in court withour a laywer?
    How can I ask/when can I ask... for my case to be dismissed in front of the judge when I go to court??
    Someone please help me>>>>please>>>

    Hello joe:

    The minor error on the ticket won't get it dismissed. I don't know HOW to beat it without a lawyer. I think you NEED one!
