    Why would two separate valves be sticking?
    We have two zone valves, one for upstairs and one for downstairs. They both stick. Some days they work fine, then others they will both stay on and the house gets roasting or they will stay off and it's freezing. Can anybody give me a hint as to what might be wrong? Why would two separate valves be sticking?
