You are not going to get a "grant" because there is just not free money to anyone to buy semi trucks or most businesses. Most grants go though local non profits to either build up a specific area, like a down town business district, sometimes for specific ethnic owned business. And for those that will hire a specific number of employees.
Or in some industry, like solar or wind power.

You will need to same up for a down payment and buy one , often though a lease program from a specific hauler.
