    Free accounting anwsers for beginners
    Ok your all smart. Please help me understand the basics. From journel entries to individual t accounts to the ledger.Is that right? I know I am a real beginner. Thanks so much

    I don't get what the question is. The only thing I can tell you is that you don't do both t accounts and ledger accounts. Ledger accounts are the "real thing." T accounts are like a scrap paper shortcut way of doing a ledger account. So it's one or the other, not both.

    If you're not understanding journal entries, then you're talking about a lot of stuff that requires more than one simple post. Do you think you could get more specific?
