Do liens on real estate accumulate interest?
If I have a judgement against me in Small Claims Court and they place a lien on my home and I live there for 20 years before selling it do I owe for the lien or the lien and 20 years of interest on the lien?

No. A lien is for the specific amount only.

Its not so much the lien as the judgement. Generally a judgement is for a specific amount, but if interest is allowed to be applied for the judgement, then it could be applied to the lien.
