    If a judgement is placed on a spous does the other spous have any obligations
    If a spouse has a credit card judgement placed on them does the other spouse have any asset problems to worry about

    You will not want to have any joint bank accounts, there may be issues with joint property at some point if they attempt liens. But basically as long as you keep your banking separate there should be no issues ( US)
