Has implemented two different writing intervention programmes in two schools for the deaf- a different one in each school. The purpose of the interventions is to raise the level of the students’ abilities to express themselves in writing. She did both a pre-test and a different post-test of the students’ abilities. All students received the same pre-test and then again the same post test (different from pre-test). T he written assignments were scored using a valid literature scale. Below are % improvements (based on difference in scores between the pre-test and post test for 15 children from each school( S1 and S2). Determine at the 5 % critical level if the two programmes were equally successful.
