    Can a salaried employee be docked pay for doctors appointment
    Can a salaried employee be required to use accrued sick time for a doctors appointment when other salaried employees are not required to do so.

    This may have something to do with how long you are at your present job that they deducted the time from you. Has the same thing happened to another coworker who was there as long as you are?
