    Bank account attachments
For a company to attach a checking acct, do they have to get a judgement from the courst first? And will I be notified first to go to court for this process? Also what if it is the same company, example, checking acct at Chase Bank, credit card from Chase, do they still have to go the same channels as any other creditor, or because of being same company they can just do it. Thank You

Well maybe not, often in the fine print of the credit card or loan agreements you give them permission to do auto withdraw from their accounts. (not attachments since you gave permission)

So you need to review very closely the terms of these credit cards.
