How to get someone out of my OWN house
I have a tentant and I want him out. All I seem 2 do is tidy up after him. He doesn't like my girlfriend over always questions her why she is here. He has two months left on the contract we wrote up togther. But could he take me too court if I told him he has a month to find somewhere to live? Which laws cover this?

    Hello m:

Your state landlord tenant laws cover this... In your contract, did you say that being a busybody is AGAINST the rules?? If you didn't, then his being one ISN'T against the rules, and if he sues you for unlawful eviction, he'll win.

I rang citazeons advice and they said I could kick him out because the contract is done by law. And I still live in the house!

    Hello again, m:

I disagree with the other advice you received, and I'll stick with what I told you.
