    Wanting to know whose responsebility
    Hi we moved into our property last year on 12 month contract in which there is log burner in the house .we have signed for another year during that first year we got a letter from the council saying that we are not aloud to use it becase it is over 15 years old is it up to the landlord to put a new one in as that the only heating we have

    Contract ? To buy or rent

    Assuming rental, you notify the landlord they must install some type of heating system
