1999 saturn sl1 won't start after it was run out of gas.
Filled it with gas still won't start, acts like it is not getting gas. Is there a safety switch of fuel relay? We had it towed to a shop and when it got there it started and ran fine. But the next morning would not run again, same problem. Someone mentioned the incline from the tow resetting a safety shut off so I was wondering if that might need to be replaced. But how do I find it?

Ensure you have more than just a token amount of gas in the tank. Then, turn the ignition switch to ON, until you hear the fuel pump cut-off. Next, turn the ignition switch OFF. Repeat this sequence three more times. This ensures the fuel rail is fully pressurized, which is required for the injectors to work.

I don't think that car has an inertia cut-off switch. I would test all under hood and under dash fuses with a test light or multimeter:
