    Nul and void land contract
    What is required end a land contract in MI. if both parties are in agreement?

    It depends on whether the land contract was recorded or not. If it was not recorded, then a notarized agreement between both parties - including that the property was returned to the original owner - should be sufficient.

    If the land contract was recorded, then the same should be submitted to the court of record.
