Sent to IRS form 1040NR-EZ 2 days ago, didn't file 8843 and I'm not sure if I need to
Hi, I need some help, I participated in the Disney Intl College Program from May 31, 2009 until January 2nd, 2010. However my last actual day of work was December 26th. As part of the program I worked and gave 2 college classes (which were disney college classes).

My employer (Disney) told me I needed to file form 1040NR (Non resident Alien Income Tax Return), after reading I realized I could file 1040NR-EZ (same but shorter) because I don't have a complex tax situation. I filled out this form and sent it, but now I read that some people have to file form 8843 for the exclution of days of presence. However I'm not sure if I need to file it.
I was only in the USA with the J1 visa for the time I mentioned before, I'm no longer in the United States and I'm not planning on working or studying there again, so I'm not really looking to exclude any days from the substantial present test. Do I need to file form 8843 or not? And if I do, how do I go about it if I already sent my 1040NR-EZ tax form?

You have excluded days from the SPT else you were dual status-- nonresident up to May 30 and resident after that. http://taxipay.blogspot.com/2008/03/...s-for-non.html
I am not sure, but I think that you should wait for any communication from IRS.
