Can you tell me the name of this movie as described by a scene?
The scene is a guy walks into a coffee shop/diner at night to buy donuts... I think he's buying them for him and his wife or girlfriend and he's picking them out and someone comes in and tries to rob the place and the guy behind the counter shoots the robber at the same time the robber is shooting the clerk and the guy buying the donuts is left alive with blood all over him. There's a bag of money I think and the guy takes it?? I'm picturing Don Cheadle in there for some reason...

It's near the end of the movie that this scene happens. I can, however, give you tidbits about the people in the scene that I kind of remember from earlier in the movie. Male (Let's name him Vic) is escorting his wife (Nicknaming Laura), children, and a nanny via old time vehicle to somewhere....
A beautyfull blond girl rides her bike to this pond where she is inspired to take snapshots of herself floating on the serface of the pond. The camera's seem to be set up in the water around her alive floating body. No one else seems to be around until a young boy who also ride his bike near there...
The scene I remember is a girl who planned a surprise party for her fience and when he walks in he breaks up with her in front of everyone not realizing anyone else is there. Then they all kind of say "Surprise" -- This is not a very old movie and the scene is in the first part of the movie.
