What is the best pitch for a lean to canopy
I'm building a canopy for fixing bike outside, bbq in summer sort of thing,, well where else would I fix it! Kitchen ? (I wish) but our lass would kill me)

Anyway my lean to is 11 foot by 13 foot wide with 10 degree pitch,

Covering it with polythene sheeting, 1000 gauge plastic builders sheeting (more like damp proofing than anything else, got it given sort couldn't grumble,) couldn't afford the twinwall corrugated type of stuff,

My question is,, is 10 degree pitch enough for the rainwater run off,, any other comments please feel free,, thanks in advance...

    Hi Samh

A 10 degree( app 2/12) pitch is OK for water run off. If in area where u get snow, would recommend a minimum pitch of 5/12.

Fan Remote won't fit in Canopy [ 3 Answers ]

I just purchased a Hampton Bay 52" Mediterranean fan. It was easy to install except when it came to the remote receiver. It simply won't fit in the canopy I can't even get it to fit if none of the wiring is connected. I could live without the remote except there aren't any chains to turn on/off...
