    Can a person no residen in usa open a LLC with a resident here?
    One person no rsident in USA live in another country, can open an LLC with a parner resident here?

    Legally you can, however the problem may lie in getting a bank to make the loan since they will have no way to check the credit worthiness of the guys in Brazil.

    Get all your docs (tax returns, financial statements, etc.) together and call 3-4 local banks to see what they can or will do.
