    How to return stimulus check
I need to return the stimulus check for $300, that I received, for 2007 tax return. I'm filling out 1040X to amend my wrongly filled 1040EZ with 1040NR-EZ. Is there a procedure or a form to do that? Has anyone done that before? Is there a penalty after almost 3 years?

    Thanks

If you aren't able to get your question answered here, I would suggest you consult a tax professional so you can get the best advice for how you need to proceed. It will cost something though, prices vary depending on what tax office you go through.
