Home office and if indefinite leave to remain can be revoked
My husband and I have recently split he was granted indefinite leave to remain last July I have recently found out the only reason he married me was to get his indefinite leave to remain. I don't feel this is fair is there anything I can do to get this indefinite leave to remain removed.
