Interstate transfer parolee from WI in FL, first dirty UA, is revocation likely?
I'm on interstate compact supervision from WI, living in FL. I got a dirty UA for thc (I imagine it's a very small amount) but it will come back from the lab as dirty. My probation officer said he doesn't really expect much to come of it, that WI isn't going to want to spend the money to take me back. I've been on for 6 years, discharging on December 1st, no prior violations. Should I be OK?
