    Signs before irregular period?
    I have quite painful and irregular periods, I'm going to see if I can get on the pill to regulate them abit more and stop them being so painful..

    Can sore breasts/nipples, no discharge and tiredness perhaps tell me when I'm about to come on?

    Its so frustrating because sometimes it catches me off guard!

    Yes, this was usually my warning signs for menstruation, and usually stomach cramps.
