Toilet empties when the wind blows
I live on the top floor of an apartment building and when I flush the toilet it flushes slow and seems to have a good water level, but, when the wind blows the water in the bowl empties. Is there some way to fix this? It does not happen with a similar toilet in the other bathroom.
