Low water pressure toilet won't fill
We are currently experiencing day 4 of very low water pressure (main break). We have water flow but both toilets will not refill after a flush (one of them was working yesterday and now has stopped refilling the tank). Took the cap off flush valve and both have water flow. One of the kits is new, so I don't think this is the problem. Is it possible the pressure is too low to activate the refill process?

Is the low pressure problem just in the toilets or whole house? Did you have good pressure when you took the fill valve apart? Are the neighbors having the same problem?
