Hi, my monthly periods got delayed by 1 week, I was happy that I might be pregnant but the testing result is negative & today I got monthly periods too. But I didn't understand why monthly periods got delayed by 1 week if I am not pregnant.

There are different things that can cause your period to get off it's normal track. Change in your eating or sleeping habits can cause this, increase in stress can cause this, etc. Your body changes thourghout it's lifespan, just getting older can alter your bodies chemistry and cause your period to change.
