    How to fix my Troy Bult mower I think it's a recoil problem
    I can't pull the string its like the motor is locked up but its not.

    Hi,
    Probably the gear on the SmartTouch system wedged in the flywheel.

    You might look under it make sure the blade isn't hitting any thing.
    Always undo spark plug
    Safety first.
    Luck
    Lay it on the side oppisite of the carb.other wise oil will run out the carb.
