    I'm always filling the illusions around me and got scared and feel out of mind
    It happens almost at night that I feel illusions that something is happening to me and I'm getting out of my mind at that time I don't have any control over my mind and I got scared I'm scared and I never go to any dark room in my house from childhood I was scary but now I'm grown upso it is becoming really stress full

    You need help. How old are you? And can you talk to a parent about this problem?
