Insurance company not offering enough money
I was recently in and accident were a drunk 80 year old man hit me and 3 other friends head on, on highway 17 in santa cruz Ca. The old man died but all 4 of us lived. I was riding in the back seat and was not wearing my seat belt so I suffered very serious injuries. I broke my humorous (which I now have a metal rod in) broke my femur in 5 places (which I also have a metal rod in) and had the right side of my face ripped off ( will have a scar for the rest of my life) My medical bill are into the $500,000 range not including lost wages and other bills. The insurance companies are only offering $50,000 for all 4 of us because the guy that hit us only has that much coverage. My question is there anything that I can do to get more money from the insurance companies?

No, you can only get the max from the insurance company that the policy will pay, you can sue and get millions, but the insurance company only pays the max of the policy.

After that the estate of the 80 year old will owe you the rest ( if they have anything)
