    Can you help me please?
    Hey,

I am beginning to get worried about this issue but have not yet found the information which matched to this so I am writing to you for some outside help.

I am a 16 year old male who (after a long relationship) has had sexual intercourse with a girl. And I have spoken to my parents (my mother is also a nurse) and they said to just keep an eye on it. Anyway, my issue here is that a while back I urinated and it was quite painfull, however this has gone now. But instead when I get an erection I appear to have a red lump on the tip of my penis next to were I urinate and my foreskin seems to come down further on one side than the other.

What are your thoughts about this and what should I do to fix it?

You should go to the doctor and have it checked out. It could be nothing or it could be something severe. Do you really wanted to wait it out to see if it gets worse. I'm honestly surprised that your mom didn't tell you to go to the doctor.
