    Given Resultant and direction. & two angles.. How do I find the tension?
    Given a Problem where I am given the resultant and the two angles of the acting forces. How do I find the magnitude of those forces?

    Make a sketch of what is happening. Your sketch itself should show you the answer. You only need to use the trigonometry you know to find the answers.
