I have 1 brother and 3 sisters who all have turned over my dead parents home to me. My daughter and her 4 children are now living in the home. I can't get any repairs on the home because I need to change it over in my name. I am not sure of the fee to have this procedure done but willing to try anything.

2) What is your question? What do you need to do? First you say that your sibs have "turned over" the property to you, and then you suggest the title isn't in your name after all. Did your parents leave wills, and were these wills probated?
3) See an attorney.
