    What is the best finance company to help me lower my mortgage payments so I won't get forclosed on and they will only charge me a minamal fee for services?

    So much has changed you really should be asking a loan broker about it. They are the ones with multiple services to offer. Other then interest rates "deals" may be harder to find. Mostly it depends on your credit score and how much you have in it. The market has been crazy lately.
