    Hi I've been with a man for 16 years, living together for 12. I'm wondering what rights I have in a divorce. We have three children together. The car and house all are in his name

    Yes, many of the states in the US does not reconise common law marriage any longer, it is merely living together.

    But even living together, if common money paid for things, courts sometimes grants rights,
