    Probation violation
    My fiancé turned himself in on probation violation for failure to pay and failure to report. He paid all fines off before turning himself in and is now in custody awaiting a revocation hearing. What is he looking at as far as time and what can he do to help his case?

    There isn't much you can do. He'll probably get 30 days or so.
